Refund policy
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your item in line with our policy below.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Return Shipping UK & IRELAND
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please email support@themanaeffect.com, including the following so the return address can be shared:
- Your order number
- The item you'd like to return
- Mobile number
We strongly recommend returning your item using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing parcels during transit. Returns remain the customer’s responsibility until they are safely received by us.
Return Shipping GCC
To start a return, you can contact us at support@themanaeffect.com, including the following:
- Your order number
- The item you'd like to return
- Preferred date and time for collection
- Mobile number
Your return collection will be confirmed via email. Once your item has been received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. If approved, your refund will be processed accordingly.
Please note:
- A 20 AED return fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your final refund amount
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be eligible for either:
- Store credit, or
- A refund to your original payment method

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received and approved
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on any sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please follow our returns process. Once your return has been received and approved, you can place a new order for your preferred item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
